{"id":44149,"date":"2025-06-24T18:14:03","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T00:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labestiapolitica.com.mx\/?p=44149"},"modified":"2025-06-24T18:14:03","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T00:14:03","slug":"comunidad-y-ctbc-uatx-protegen-estudian-y-liberan-a-tortuga-nativa-de-tlaxcala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/labestiapolitica.com.mx\/?p=44149","title":{"rendered":"Comunidad y CTBC-UATx protegen, estudian y liberan a tortuga nativa de Tlaxcala."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc31\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a se localiza en Tepetomatitl\u00e1n y Acuitlapilco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Gracias a la confianza que genera entre la poblaci\u00f3n el trabajo que realizan investigadores del Centro Tlaxcala de Biolog\u00eda de la Conducta de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala (CTBC-UATx) fue posible el rescate, estudio y reincorporaci\u00f3n a su h\u00e1bitat de una\u00a0\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1a\u00a0\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\u00a0\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\u00a0\ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc28\u00a0\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc31\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\u00a0(Kinosternon integrum) que corresponde a una especie nativa de Tlaxcala y que forma parte de la identidad biocultural de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La vinculaci\u00f3n permanente con diferentes grupos sociales que ha establecido la comunidad del CTBC permite avanzar en hallazgos que enriquecen el estudio de la biodiversidad local. En este caso, gracias al trabajo del Doctor Juan Manuel D\u00edaz Garc\u00eda, Investigador del CTBC-UATx, fue posible conocer m\u00e1s detalles de este ejemplar originario de la regi\u00f3n y que se localiz\u00f3 en San Mat\u00edas Tepetomatitl\u00e1n, Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La tortuga fue encontrada por una vecina cerca de un jag\u00fcey conectado a la carretera, quien preocupada por su seguridad decidi\u00f3 resguardarla y contactar a especialistas del CTBC para conocer su origen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de un an\u00e1lisis detallado de caracter\u00edsticas morfol\u00f3gicas, como el dise\u00f1o de su caparaz\u00f3n, escudos, extremidades y tama\u00f1o (61 mil\u00edmetros largo y 24.3 mil\u00edmetros de alto), el Doctor D\u00edaz Garc\u00eda confirm\u00f3 que se trataba de una\u00a0\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1a\u00a0\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\u00a0\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\u00a0\ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc28\u00a0\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc31\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\u00a0(Kinosternon integrum), una especie protegida por la Norma Oficial Mexicana\u00a0\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc0c-\ud835\udfce\ud835\udfd3\ud835\udfd7-\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc0d\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc13.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En Tlaxcala existen registros de esta especie en Acuitlapilco y San Mat\u00edas Tepetomatitl\u00e1n. Su comercializaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prohibida, ya que forma parte de la fauna silvestre protegida por la ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de su identificaci\u00f3n, la tortuga fue devuelta a un manantial cercano por quienes la encontraron, permiti\u00e9ndole regresar a su h\u00e1bitat natural.
