{"id":48404,"date":"2025-08-29T15:13:48","date_gmt":"2025-08-29T21:13:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labestiapolitica.com.mx\/?p=48404"},"modified":"2025-09-24T14:47:26","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T20:47:26","slug":"rinde-informe-la-diputada-lorena-ruiz-garcia-como-presidenta-de-la-comision-permanente-del-congreso-de-tlaxcala-%f0%9f%93%9d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/labestiapolitica.com.mx\/?p=48404","title":{"rendered":"Rinde informe la diputada Lorena Ruiz Garc\u00eda como presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso de Tlaxcala\ud83d\udcdd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"558\">La diputada Lorena Ruiz Garc\u00eda, en su calidad de presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso del Estado, present\u00f3 el informe de actividades correspondiente al Segundo Periodo de Receso de la LXV Legislatura, que comprendi\u00f3 del 31 de mayo al 29 de agosto de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"1001\">Durante su exposici\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en dicho periodo la Direcci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica del Congreso atendi\u00f3 1,233 notificaciones derivadas de asuntos jurisdiccionales en los que el Poder Legislativo estuvo involucrado. La mayor\u00eda correspondi\u00f3 a juicios de amparo (1,219), aunque tambi\u00e9n se abordaron controversias constitucionales, acciones de inconstitucionalidad, omisiones legislativas, juicios laborales y de car\u00e1cter pol\u00edtico-electoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1418\">Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que se dio seguimiento a 152 nuevos juicios, de los cuales 150 fueron amparos y 2 en materia pol\u00edtico-electoral. En el mismo lapso se recibieron 60 sentencias (58 de amparo y 2 de inconstitucionalidad) y se concluy\u00f3 de forma definitiva la tramitaci\u00f3n de 88 juicios de amparo, lo que representa un avance en la resoluci\u00f3n de procesos jur\u00eddicos vinculados con la labor legislativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1640\">Ruiz Garc\u00eda enfatiz\u00f3 que estos resultados reflejan el compromiso del Congreso con la legalidad, la transparencia y el respeto al marco constitucional, garantizando una representaci\u00f3n adecuada en cada procedimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1750\">La legisladora tambi\u00e9n agradeci\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento de las diputadas que integraron la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1900\">\n<li data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1800\">\n<p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1800\">Mada\u00ed P\u00e9rez Carrillo, primera secretaria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1859\">\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1859\">Soraya Noem\u00ed Bocardo Phillips, segunda secretaria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1900\">\n<p data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1900\">Gabriela Hern\u00e1ndez Islas, vocal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"2059\">\u201cGracias a su trabajo fue posible atender los asuntos jur\u00eddicos y legislativos con la responsabilidad que exige el Poder
