Idelfonso Carro Rold\u00e1n encabez\u00f3 este lunes el homenaje c\u00edvico en la cabecera municipal, acompa\u00f1ado por ciudadanos, personal del ayuntamiento y representantes de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA), entre ellos el capit\u00e1n Jorge Elvira S\u00e1enz, en representaci\u00f3n del general Mart\u00edn Jaramillo Barrios, comandante de la 23 Zona Militar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"720\">En su mensaje, Carro Rold\u00e1n record\u00f3 que hace un a\u00f1o asumi\u00f3 la responsabilidad de encabezar el gobierno municipal, y subray\u00f3 que el mayor compromiso de su administraci\u00f3n es trabajar por y para la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"720\">\u201cA\u00fan falta mucho por hacer, pero vamos por buen camino\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"1012\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que en este primer a\u00f1o se han emprendido obras y acciones en la cabecera y comunidades, con el prop\u00f3sito de mejorar la infraestructura y generar bienestar para las familias de Panotla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1182\">El acto c\u00edvico se desarroll\u00f3 en un ambiente de respeto y unidad, refrendando los valores que fortalecen la vida
