Destac\u00f3 que el liderazgo femenino no solo impulsa el cambio en las instituciones, sino que tambi\u00e9n redefine las relaciones, las decisiones y la forma de construir comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n, la Doctora Patricia Meneses se\u00f1al\u00f3 que pese a los avances logrados en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero, la presencia de mujeres en puestos de alta direcci\u00f3n contin\u00faa siendo limitada.
