{"id":67794,"date":"2026-03-26T10:13:25","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T16:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labestiapolitica.com.mx\/?p=67794"},"modified":"2026-03-26T10:13:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T16:13:25","slug":"%e2%9a%96%ef%b8%8f%f0%9f%92%bc-adios-a-las-pensiones-doradas-celebran-aprobacion-de-reforma-en-san-lazaro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/labestiapolitica.com.mx\/?p=67794","title":{"rendered":"\u2696\ufe0f\ud83d\udcbc \u201cAdi\u00f3s a las pensiones doradas\u201d: celebran aprobaci\u00f3n de reforma en San L\u00e1zaro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"387\">El diputado federal por Tlaxcala, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Raymundo V\u00e1zquez Conchas<\/span><\/span>, celebr\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la reforma constitucional que establece un <strong data-start=\"257\" data-end=\"320\">l\u00edmite a las jubilaciones y pensiones en entidades p\u00fablicas<\/strong>, conocida como la eliminaci\u00f3n de las llamadas \u201cpensiones doradas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"636\">El proyecto, impulsado por la presidenta <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Claudia Sheinbaum<\/span><\/span>, modifica el art\u00edculo 27 de la Constituci\u00f3n para establecer que <strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"635\">ninguna pensi\u00f3n o jubilaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 superar la mitad del salario de la titular del Ejecutivo Federal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"931\">La medida aplicar\u00e1 para personal de confianza en organismos descentralizados, empresas p\u00fablicas, fideicomisos y diversas entidades tanto federales como estatales y municipales. No obstante, quedan excluidas las fuerzas armadas y los esquemas derivados de aportaciones voluntarias o sindicales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1117\">La reforma fue aprobada en lo general y en lo particular con <strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1047\">363 votos a favor, 64 en contra y 25 abstenciones<\/strong>, y ahora ser\u00e1 turnada a los congresos estatales para su ratificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1397\">De acuerdo con datos oficiales, entre <strong data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1197\">3 mil 400 y 5 mil 600 exfuncionarios<\/strong> perciben actualmente pensiones superiores al salario presidencial, con casos en instituciones como Pemex y CFE donde los montos pueden alcanzar entre <strong data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1396\">100 mil y hasta un mill\u00f3n de pesos mensuales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1585\">Se estima que esta medida permitir\u00e1 generar <strong data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1503\">ahorros superiores a los 5 mil millones de pesos anuales<\/strong>, recursos que podr\u00edan destinarse a programas sociales y otras \u00e1reas prioritarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1734\">El legislador destac\u00f3 que esta reforma representa un paso importante hacia la equidad, la austeridad y el uso responsable de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1734\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
