El proyecto busca abrir espacios de di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n para contribuir a mejorar las relaciones entre g\u00e9neros y enriquecer las trayectorias universitarias, en esta prueba piloto con estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Psicolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Esta investigaci\u00f3n busca construir una contribuci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica desde el concepto de percepci\u00f3n social de g\u00e9nero, examinando c\u00f3mo las personas universitarias se autoperciben y c\u00f3mo se relacionan entre g\u00e9neros, reconociendo la complejidad de estas identidades m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de esquemas binarios tradicionales o polarizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El taller constar\u00e1 de cinco sesiones, con una duraci\u00f3n total de diez horas, en las que se ofrecer\u00e1n herramientas para identificar y cuestionar sesgos, desigualdades y violencias que hist\u00f3ricamente se han normalizado en los \u00e1mbitos social y escolar. La primera sesi\u00f3n fue impartida por la Maestra Rosal\u00eda Carrillo, especialista en estudios de g\u00e9nero y violencia, y por Mar\u00eda Isabel Maciel Garc\u00eda, estudiante de s\u00e9ptimo semestre de Psicolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los participantes fueron seleccionados a partir de su registro voluntario en la encuesta diagn\u00f3stica aplicada en nueve facultades de la UATx durante el mes de septiembre, contemplando a futuro extender estas din\u00e1micas hacia sectores docentes y administrativos.
